Vinification: After the harvest, the grapes are destemmed and soft-crushed before undergoing maceration for roughly ten days, depending on the vintage. The must-wine completes the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats and then is transferred into 20-hectoliter wooden barrels, where it ages for 18 months.

Temperature & recommandation: Our Cabernet Sauvignon, pleasantly rich and full-bodied while not being too overwhelming, can be the accompaniment of a variety of dishes. All types of roasted or grilled red meat and cheeses of medium intensity. Serve in a broad-rimmed red wine glass at a temperature of 16°C/60°F.
