Vinification: The grapes are first macerated for twelve hours before being transferred to temperature controlled steel vats at 8°C/47°F for settling.
The wine is then left on the lees for at least six months. In the late summer, the wine is filtered and bottled.
Description: A well-balanced traditional Sauvignon Blanc, the wine leaves a long-lasting delicate flavor in the mouth. Presenting crisp aromas of fresh fruit and herbs, the wine pairs excellently with seafood or standing on its own.
Temperature & recommandation: All seafood-based dishes are recommended with this rich and complete wine. It should be served at roughly 12°C/ 53°F. in a widerimmed white wine glass.
